The fastest way to reach us

Open a ticket in the #supportchannel. Tell us what went wrong and an admin will pick it up. If it's an order issue, include your order ID — it's on your profile page under Order History.

What to include in a ticket

  • Server connection issue — your Steam name, the error you're seeing, and whether you've tried verifying your DayZ files.
  • Skin not delivered — your order ID, the time you bought it, and your in-game character name.
  • Refund request — your order ID and the reason. See our refund policy.
  • Account / login problem — what step is failing (Discord login? Steam linking?) and any error message.
  • Bug report — what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot or clip if possible.
  • Cheater report — Steam profile URL of the suspect, time and place, and what they did.

Response times

  • UK evenings (18:00–23:00 GMT) — typically within 5–15 minutes
  • UK daytime — usually within an hour
  • Overnight UK — within 12 hours, often faster

Common quick fixes

I can't see the OPM server in DayZ Launcher

  1. Make sure you've subscribed to our Steam Workshop mod collection (link in #server-info).
  2. In DayZ Launcher, click ServersFilter and search "Operation Monarch".
  3. Try the direct-connect IP and port from #server-info instead.
  4. Verify your DayZ files via Steam → Right-click DayZ → Properties → Local Files → Verify.

I joined but my skins aren't showing

  1. Quit fully to the main menu and rejoin.
  2. Check your profile — if your Steam isn't linked, link it.
  3. Wait 10 minutes for inventory sync, then rejoin.
  4. Still missing? Open a ticket with your order ID.

I got banned and don't know why

Bans include a reason. Open a ticket if you want to appeal — we review every appeal in good faith, but cheating bans are not lifted.

Other contact methods

We don't do email support — Discord is faster, lets us see logs instantly, and avoids the support-email graveyard. If you absolutely cannot use Discord, see our contact page for alternatives.
