Refund policy
We're not in the business of trapping anyone. If something went wrong with your skin order, we'll make it right. Here's the full breakdown.

The short version
- Order not delivered yet? Full refund, no questions asked.
- Delivered but you changed your mind within 7 days? We'll usually refund as long as you haven't actively used the skin in a 5+ kill session.
- Server permanently shuts down? Pro-rated refund on any time-limited items (e.g. Priority Pass).
- Wipe happened earlier than announced? No refund — skins survive wipes, only progression resets.
How to request a refund
- Hop into our Discord.
- Open a ticket in #support with your order ID (visible on your profile page).
- An admin will review and respond — usually within an hour during peak times, up to 24 hours otherwise.
- If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method via Stripe. Allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
What we will NOT refund
- Orders requested for refund more than 30 days after delivery.
- Orders where the user has been banned from the OPM server for cheating, harassment, or other ToS violations.
- Orders that were used as a chargeback dispute on Stripe — chargebacks bypass our process and are decided by your bank, not us.
- In-game gear losses (death, base raid, gear bug). Refunds are for store purchases only.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback for an order we would have happily refunded results in:
- An immediate ban from the server and Discord.
- The chargeback dispute being defended on our side, with all logs and delivery proof submitted to Stripe.
- Loss of any future ability to purchase from OPM.
Talk to us first. We answer fast and we'd rather refund a fair request than spend two weeks fighting a chargeback.
Edge cases
Skin not appearing in-game
Sometimes a skin doesn't show up immediately due to inventory sync delays. Wait 10 minutes, fully relaunch DayZ, and rejoin. If it's still missing after that, ping us in Discord with a screenshot of your inventory and we'll fix it (or refund) within 24 hours.
Wrong skin variant delivered
Free swap to the correct one — no refund needed. Just ping admin in your order ticket.
You bought the wrong product
Tell us within 1 hour of purchase and BEFORE delivery, we'll swap it. Once delivered, it's reviewed case-by-case.
Server permanently closes
We'll give at least 30 days' notice in Discord and on this site. During that window, you can request a pro-rated refund on any active time-limited subscriptions (Priority Pass etc). One-time skin purchases are not refunded on shutdown.
Statutory rights
This refund policy is offered in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country. UK / EU customers retain their rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act.
