Server rules

The full ruleset for Operation Monarch. Hardcore but fair. Read once and you'll be sorted for life on the server. Cheating, exploiting and harassment all result in instant bans — everything else is reviewed with evidence.

Tickets must include video / screenshot evidence. Without evidence, no action will be taken — recording your play is the only way to guarantee comp, help or unbanning.

General rules

  • 1.1
    Be respectful to both staff and other players. We will NOT tolerate any disrespect to staff.
  • 1.2
    Recording your play is the only way to guarantee Comp, help, unbanning, etc.
  • 1.3
    We do not accept any racism, sexism, homophobia, witch-hunting or harassment of any kind. This will result in a ban.
    However DayZ is a toxic environment and people will swear and provoke. Turn off side chat if necessary.
  • 1.4
    Do not steal anything inside a Safezone (this includes getting in to vehicles that don't belong to you). No abusing safezone.
    This will result in an instant ban. Do not make a ticket without evidence.
  • 1.5
    No using bugs or glitches. This includes glitching through vanilla or BBP building, any movement glitches including camera glitches, lag switching, etc.
  • 1.6
    Do NOT stream snipe — this will result in a ban.
  • 1.7
    No inappropriate names either in-game or in Discord.
  • 1.8
    If you suspect someone of cheating, do NOT call it out in game or in chat — please make a ticket.
  • 1.9
    Do not leave your trash inside the trader.
  • 1.10
    No item or plot stacking EVER, and no placing plots in traders.
  • 1.11
    No shooting from base windows unless you are being base camped or raided.
  • 1.12
    No safe zone camping OR spawn camping but also do NOT keep spawning or entering safezone in the same place if you're getting camped.
    Clips must be provided and final decision will be with our admin team.
  • 1.13
    Max clan / group size is 5. 5 as in 5 ON at once.
  • 1.14
    No insiding.
  • 1.15
    Clan hopping IS allowed.
  • 1.16
    Moonwalking / icesliding IS allowed.
  • 1.17
    No logging in keycard rooms.

Raiding rules

  • 2.0
    WEEKEND ONLY RAIDING (Saturday, Sunday) — 1PM EST to 11PM EST.
  • 2.1
    You can only raid through doors or hatches. You CANNOT use a code lock to open a window.
  • 2.2
    We highly recommend recording or taking regular screenshots during a raid.
    WITHOUT EVIDENCE OF THE RAID YOU MAY RECEIVE A TEMPORARY BAN IF REPORTED BY THE BASE OWNER.
  • 2.3
    Neither side is allowed to build during a raid. If a raid tool (Hacking Tablet / Charge) hasn't been used for 30 minutes the raid is considered over and the defending team can start to repair the base.
    The same players may not raid the same base within 24 hours. Placing a code lock on an enemy base is classed as building and is bannable.
  • 2.4
    No logging off in an enemy base.
  • 2.5
    You can not take over a base.
  • 2.6
    You can not use more than one object or a flying heli to boost (e.g. concrete bricks, etc).
  • 2.7
    No enemy base destruction — this includes ruining items, lowering flag.
  • 2.8
    You cannot dismantle parts of a base to use the mats on your own base (planks, nails, etc).
  • 2.9
    5 defenders allowed in base during raid.
  • 2.10
    You can not rebuild your doors until 30 minutes after the C4 goes off.
  • 2.11
    Do NOT have other teams counter raid.

Safe zone rules

  • 4.1
    Stealing vehicles, helicopters or any item from players within the safezone is not allowed.
    This includes "Taking Back" a vehicle which was stolen from you outside of safezone.
  • 4.2
    Do not lockpick vehicles in safezone.
  • 4.3
    Scamming players inside the safezone is not tolerated.
  • 4.4
    Do not harass, grief or VOIP spam others inside the safezone.
    This includes using a megaphone, POX, or removing parts from other players' vehicles.
  • 4.5
    Unattended vehicles left in safezone will be deleted. Utilise the vehicle garages provided.
  • 4.6
    Do not follow people out of the safezone.
  • 4.7
    Do not exploit the safezone for protection.
    For instance, running out of the safezone to initiate PvP or a raid and then returning immediately to the safezone for protection.
  • 4.8
    If the safezone is being camped, players can choose to return to the safezone without consequence and should exit using a different route, ensuring they are not exploiting the rule above.

PvP rules

  • 5.1
    Semi spam is not allowed. (Prone crouch spam.)
  • 5.2
    No camping spawns!
    Make sure to clip anything related to this — if no clip is provided NO action will be taken. If there is a fight happening on spawn or around spawn it's allowed.
  • 5.3
    No combat logging.
  • 5.4
    You can not protect loot for other groups.
  • 5.5
    No render glitching.
  • 5.6
    No using helicopters for advantages during PvP.
  • 5.7
    You only roam 5 at a time, all need to be in one group. You CANNOT have more players (apart of your team) third-party a fight.
  • 5.8
    No shooting at spawn points / military areas from base.
  • 5.9
    No using map exploits.
    Example: prone in the dirt, hiding in invisible walls.
  • 5.10
    No shooting from base unless being camped.
    Make sure to clip anything related to this — if no clip is provided NO action will be taken.

Reporting a rule break

Open a ticket in our Discord with the suspect's Steam profile URL, the time, and your clip or screenshot. We review every report — but no clip means no action.

Appealing a ban

Open a ticket in #appealsin our Discord. Tell us the ban reason (visible in your ban message), why you think it's wrong, and any evidence you have. Cheat bans are not appealable. Other bans are reviewed within 48 hours.
