• Execution standards: thumbnails, tone, claims, and cadence that match a hardcore brand.
• Coordinator mindset: you’ll shape how marketing contributors operate briefs, reviews, consistency.
Expectations
• You’ve shipped campaigns before not “ideas only.”
• You protect reputation one sloppy viral lie costs more than a slow week.
