Own standards, escalation culture, and consistency across OPM's administrator function. You're the bar-setter when judgement, tooling, and player drama collide and the person leadership trusts to hold the line when it's uncomfortable.
This is a volunteer community role not employment.
You'll align admin decisions with server rules and leadership intent consistency matters more than heroics. You'll mentor admins on evidence, tone, and when to escalate rather than improvise. You'll step into serious disputes between staff or high-risk player situations when paths diverge, and you'll hold the standard on bans, comp cases, and tool access even when friends or big voices push back. Great performance here looks like fewer "two different answers" moments, clear written expectations that trial admins can actually use, and calm documented handling when Discord is loud. Real availability during EU peak windows is non-negotiable. This is not an ego role it's an integrity role.
